Tucked away in the scenic beauty of Bodrum, Bodrum Loft is a serene escape where nature and luxury coexist effortlessly. The (residential) resort, designed by the acclaimed Tabanlıoğlu architects, reimagines a traditional Aegean village with a contemporary twist. Its 36 villas, characterized by minimalist design and clean lines, seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living, each with private terraces that provide mesmerizing views of the tranquil bay.

Forget about cars here; electric buggies (which you can call via your mobile phone) whisk you from your room to the beach platforms or restaurants. Each cubist-style guesthouse, cleverly tucked into the hillside, offers unobstructed sea views and the feel of an independent holiday home.
This summer, BODRUM LOFT is hosting the Persona exhibition, curated by Selcan Atican in collaboration with the Thaddaeus Ropac Gallery, running until 1 September. You’ll get to enjoy works by artists like Erwin Wurm, Tony Cragg, Tom Sachs, and Sylvie Fleury.
With its prime coastal location on the deep blue sea, the beach platforms are perfect for lounging on white deck chairs, soaking in the offshore breeze, and enjoying the attentive food and beverage service offering fresh fruit, iced coffee, or whatever your heart desires. You can also book a massage in the outdoor treatment room or a personal Pilates session on a reformer in the outdoor gym.
Everything is taken care of here in a subtle yet luxurious way. The top-notch concierge service and the three unique restaurants provide guests with a variety of delightful experiences.
Start your day at LOFT ELIA, where breakfast is served in a cool, relaxed urban atmosphere next to the hotel’s coffee shop. You can savor Turkish delicacies like çilbir (poached eggs in garlic yogurt sauce) or buckwheat bircher muesli. For lunch and dinner, head to PAPER MOON, an establishment that first made a name for itself in Istanbul under Milanese chef Giuseppe Pressani. The Italian-international menu attracts many visitors from outside. And for the best Fish and seafood head to TERS KÖŞE.
The overall ambiance is relaxed yet sophisticated, embodying the typical resort style for which Bodrum is famous.
The library next to the reception is a cozy spot to read a book by the fireplace on early summer nights. Each villa also has a communal area with its own kitchen and ironing facilities, making it easy to rent out as a larger house for family and friends.
Whether you’re looking for a high-season weekend getaway in summer or autumn, BODRUM LOFT offers individuality, a perfect waterfront location that isn’t too crowded, and stunning views from every room.

Over the summer months, Bodrum transforms into a thriving hub of contemporary art, welcoming some of the best-known galleries from Istanbul and beyond. Bodrum Loft, for instance, a boho-luxe resort overlooking picturesque Demirbükü Bay, is hosting an open-air pop-up exhibition organised in collaboration with Thaddaeus Ropac: Persona features 10 works by four contemporary artists — Tony Cragg, Sylvie Fleury, Tom Sachs and Erwin Wurm — which beautifully complement the Aegean landscape.
The Turkey of wonders among the Mediterranean villas of Bodrum Loft
A monumental construction over 40 meters high, on which some of the most famous artists and sculptors of antiquity worked, once among the seven wonders of the ancient world. The tomb of the Greek ruler Mausolus was of such magnificence that over time it became the prototype of every future “mausoleum”. It was,
unfortunately. Over the centuries, man and nature have destroyed the symbol of
Halicarnassus – today Bodrum ,Turkey – leaving only a few ruins for posterity.
A contemporary location with an ancient flavour
Located on the peninsula of the same name, Bodrum is a tourist resort known for its nightlife and the many attractions offered by the splendid sea that washes the coast. And there are quite a few / luxury hotels that dot the bay, as well as initiatives that populate a very interesting calendar of events. Ahead of the new season, one of the most exclusive villa resorts , Bodrum Loft , reopens its doors with a new gastronomic offer inspired by local traditions.

An elegant haven on the Turkish Riviera, BODRUM LOFT is set to be one of summer’s hottest spots, thanks to the opening of its new restaurant. Ters Köse is a traditional Turkish fish restaurant, fittingly set above the azure waters of the Aegean Sea. With a menu of freshly caught fish, seafood and meze dishes, it’s the perfect spot in which to while away a sunny afternoon.
HIGH LIFE / MARCH – APRIL 2024
On Turkey’s southwest coast, this village-like hillside resort, complete with an underground spa and a pool, is a staggered arranegement of interlocking villas. Its hub and heart are the giant decked pontoons that float on the warm Aegean waters. Here, holidaymakers kick back on loungers and order bountiful plates of seafood pasta from adjacent Italian restaurant Paper Moon. If you’re after local bites such as lahmacun, summon a buggy up the hill to Loft Elia for lunch amid boungainvillea and olive trees. As the sun sets, the 360 cocktail bar comes to life, and your dream holiday villa with its vast bed beckons. Expect spacious, minimalist, terrazzo-tiled rooms and an expansive, stone-paved outdoor kitchen, dining and lounge area with far-reaching sea views (because you’ve not to come to Turkey to sit indoors). Describing somewhere on the fertile crescent of the cradle of civilisation as having a ‘bit of a moment’ may sound ludicrous. And yet, Bodrum does seem to be enjoying just that.

Bodrum Loft
Behold a hotel that feels more like avilage transplanted onto a hillside of cypress, olive and citrus trees; albeit the sort of village where the trees are fairy-lit at night and everyone offers ot bring you an iced
almond latte or a negroni. This serene haven of mostly single-storey villas has a minimalist vibe. And it’s only a short walk from two on-site restaurants: Loft Elia, serving Aegean food (the tomato salad and
sea bass are unbelievable); and the super-stylish, Milan-via-Bosphorus Paper Moon, where the service spins through the
designer-clad diners like a nightly ballet. From the steep incline on which the hotel stands, buggies with delightful drivers whisk you from your vila ot the sea, where there are wooden decks with sunbeds and
parasols, steps down to the water, views of passing yachts and drinks stacked in ice buckets. Laidback and perfectionist at the same time, this is a family-friendly Turkish delight, from its homemade pizza and patisserie to its myriad star-gazing spots.

Luxury on the Turkish Riviera: Bodrum Loft –
Design-led villas, hidden among the Turkish landscape
Built subtly amid the lush pine trees of Demirbükü Bay is Bodrum Loft, a five-star property that epitomises ‘quiet luxury. in Turkey’s most extravagant region. Inspired by the home of legendary Greek poet Homer, who fostered ideals of heroism and glory, this glorious property fuses a distinct architectural concept that harmoniously coexists with nature.
Welcoming guests for its third season, Bodrum Loft is inspired by the outdoor lifestyle the region has led for centuries. Aesthetically gorgeous, the confident, design-led hotel lets the colour palate of nature lead: from the cerulean sea, vibrant flora, and lush vegetation against a subdued design palate.

Turkish Delight
The jewel of the Turkish Riviera, Bodrum is soon to become the top spot for holidaymakers searching for their perfect summer getaway.
The vision of Bodrum Loft was to achieve a modern village feel and the result is both humble and stylish.
There are 36 villas with short and long-term rental options from May to November, along with a spa, gym and pool. The dining offer – which includes Loft Elia and Vakko L’Atelier Patisserie in addition to Paper Moon – means there is no chance of going hungry.
Breakfast at Bodrum Loft is like an epic novel – the local breakfast keeps on coming, with cheeses, fresh honey, local olives, bread, salad, eggs, dried fruits, nuts, and acuka paste made of red peppers and walnuts.
It’s somewhere I would return with friends, lovers, children, parents; basically any excuse and I’m there.

Overlooking picturesque Demirbükü Bay on Bodrum peninsula’s north coast, Bodrum Loft is a modern take on a traditional Aegean village of stacked, flat-roofed houses and winding alleys dotted with bougainvillea.
Inspired by the outdoor lifestyle Bodrum locals have enjoyed for centuries, the resort boasts 36 ultra-stylish villas as well as a range of five-star facilities including two à la carte restaurants, and a large outdoor pool, spa and gym that harmoniously blend into the surrounding landscape. The result is a supremely peaceful home-from-home with an emphasis on rest and relaxation.

Bodrum Loft: A Japandi- Minimalist Retreat in Turkey’s Demirbükü Bay
Turkey boasts a distinct and exclusive climate, undoubtedly attributed to its exceptional geographical positioning. Straddling the crossroads of Western Asia and Southeastern Europe, Turkey’s breathtaking landscapes have been sculpted by the embrace of saline seas, the touch of arid soils, and the radiant glow of an intense sun. With each visit, my affection deepens as I find myself captivated by its enchanting pine forests, warm-hearted locals, and the delightful array of Turkish delicacies that beckon the senses.

Göltürkbükü – this name should be remembered
The “Bodrum Loft” was opened two years ago and, like other holiday resorts, is only open from May to October – and yet it is very different from the typical hotel complexes on the Turkish peninsula: This place here is low-key and quiet, with an emphasis on simple luxury and privacy much importance is attached. It was inspired by the outdoor lifestyle that people in Bodrum have lived for centuries. The Istanbul architecture firm Tabanlıoğlu, for example, created a modern version of an Aegean village with flat-roofed houses and winding streets that blends relatively seamlessly into the landscape and seeks to reconcile sustainability and luxury. For this, great attention is paid to nature. There are 36 private villas on the sprawling, six-hectare site, with buildings taking up around a third of the total area. The rest is left to nature and should not be sealed. Embedded in rocky terrain with a view of the Aegean Sea, the living spaces open like viewing platforms into the surrounding nature. They are surrounded by a lush forest of olive, sandalwood, laurel, mastic, cranberry and citrus trees.

The Daily Telegraph – June 2023 – Bodrum, Turkey is the next hot Mediterranean destination
As far as better-known gulfs go, Gokova is probably not in the top 10. But it should be – the gorgeous port city of Bodrum sits at its entrance and is also the backdrop for the magnificent Bodrum Loft Hotel.
It’s a mosaic of pale-rock bungalows shaded by pines and tumbling to a tourmaline bay of the Aegean Sea, with timbered sundecks extending into the shallows.
There are 36 villas, and whatever “lavishly serviced” means, we’re down for it.There are three restaurants to choose from – the high-end Italian Paper Moon, an on-site patisserie and Loftella, which is all about local ingredients.

Best for: multigens
There’s a grown-up feel to Bodrum Loft, a recent addition to the peninsula’s stunning north coast, but its villas are brilliant for families.
The five-star resort is stacked like a village on the hillside amid evergreens: sunny indoor-outdoor dining terraces and bars, pools, gardens, down to waterside sun decks floating on the Aegean. 36 large, light stone villas each have two-, three- or four bedrooms (plus a room for the nanny) – ace for multigens and family groups.
Tatler – October 2022 – SPA Guide
Perched on the coast of the glistening Aegean sea, Bodrum Loft is low-key and quiet, its sprawling 14 acres dotted with myriad private villas, surrounded by a luscious jungle of pine, orange and olive trees. October Escapade
Loved by both the glitterati and tourists looking for a last-minute deal, the Bodrum scene is an eclectic mix of superyachts and all-inclusive family resorts. Nestled on the southernmost point of Turkey’s Aegean coast, the coastal town has transformed from a bohemian refuge of artists and writers in the Sixties to a go-to for tourists looking for late summer sun. In more recent history it has been a bolthole for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, who spent the summer of 2017 holidaying in a villa overlooking Yalıkavak Bay, away from all those prying eyes.

Glam Hotels by the Seaside
For two years Turkey’s elite have been enjoying the sybaritic pleasures of Bodrum Loft as their own; finally the rest of us are invited. The resort consists of 36 two, three and four-bedroom serviced villas which can be taken by an individual for a whole season, or chopped up into rooms and sublet. Each is modern on the inside, decorated in cool creams and blues, but authentically Turkish on the outside, with cantilevered wooden decks jutting out over stone walls above the wooded incline of a gorgeous bay. With gardens lush with bougainvillaea and jasmine, and forests of local olive, sandalwood, laurel and citrus, the air is sweetly scented as you stroll (or summon a buggy to take you) to the communal areas. As well as an infinity pool overhanging the bay, there are two bars; an open-air gym and spa (where I had the best massage I’ve had at a hotel), a swanky French patisserie and a buzzy outpost of Nobu. Further down there is the Italian restaurant, Paper Moon, which offers the perfect location for a sundowner, overlooking the calm blue of the Aegean and distant islands, a view unchanged since Homer’s time (although when Odysseus washed up on a beach he did not have the option of a luxury sundeck and flunkies bringing him ice-cold cocktails). For those who want to venture beyond the resort, the excellent concierge can arrange trips to get a sense of the gastronomy, architecture and art scene-by gulet, motor yacht, helicopter or private plane. Bodrum is a half-hour drive away, a pretty marina town with one of the world’s foremost museums of underwater archaeology and waterfront restaurants serving my new favourite treat: baklava stuffed with ice cream.

BODRUM: THE CHIC MED RESORT DRAWING A SMART SUMMER CROWD
If you hop on a boat towards Torba Bay, you’ll find the newly opened Nobu Bodrum at the Bodrum Loft hotel. It has brought a touch of glamour to the villa-only Bodrum Loft resort, which opened just before the pandemic struck, and has until recently been occupied almost exclusively by wealthy Istanbulites who were looking for a coastal retreat to work away from the city. The architecturally striking villas (a wall of glass in the master bedrooms frames the sea views), can be rented for the entire season (£69,000 from May to October) but are put into a rental pool when the “owners” are away. Here you can enjoy the space and privacy of a villa along with the services you’d expect from a hotel, including a pool, spa, beach deck, restaurants and room service.
